1) the base foundation bolt has tightened;

2) the axial clearance requirements, insurance adjusting bolt nut has installed;

3) packing gland has tighten and after lubrication;

4) motor bearing has lubrication;

5) rotating motor rotor by hand and check out institutions are flexible and effective.

5. Deep well pump shall not be under the condition of no water idling. A water pump, secondary impeller should be immersed in water levels below 1 m. In the operation often should observe the change of water level in Wells.

6. Operation, when found larger vibration based around, check the water pump bearing wear or motor packing condition; When excessive wear and leakage, should replace a new one.

7. Already contains mud pump suction and discharge, before the pump stop, clear water is rinsed clean.

Before 8. Stop the pump, should first close the discharge valve, cut off the power and lock the switch box. When winter outage, should put clean water pump.
