2, motor maintenance, examination

The length of the service life of the motor, and inspection and maintenance has a direct relationship. Always check the insulation resistance of the motor, motor rated voltage under 700 v is measured with 500 v megohmmeter; 700 v or 1000 v megohmmeter measurement; More than 3000 v, 2500 v megohmmeter measurement.

Motor under the condition of thermal state (75 ℃), work every kv voltage of stator insulation resistance value is greater than 1 m Ω. (6) check the motor winding and power into the line is loose, and burns, bruised fastening terminal condition.

2.2 motor starts to pay attention to the problem

(1) motor running current should not exceed the rated current of the motor; Such as excessive current instability, swing check downtime.

(2) each part of the motor of the presence of abnormal noise and vibration, if an exception occurs to handled in a timely manner.

(3) the license of motor bearing temperature, ambient temperature of 35 ℃; Sliding bearing the highest permission temperature is 65 ℃; Rolling bearing the highest temperature is 75 ℃.

3, high and low voltage switch maintenance inspection
